Our mum tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She found it very easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was bumpy. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+

The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score in both weight and size folded which makes it the top value in our double umbrella stroller review. The Delta is a basic model, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a large storage basket or a long recline. The Delta took less than three minutes to put together, the quickest time in our test group. The manual is not very good, and the assembly does not require tools. It is among our lighter products, and it folds flat making it easy to lift and carry.
